Survey closed means that one of the following has happened- The survey/study has been finished. Normally surveys are active for one week. The desired number of responses has been obtained for this survey.
Quota full means that the customer survey is full of participants within the specific range. This can be either before the start of a survey, which is normally indicated as closed, or sometimes in the early stages of a survey where certain requirements within the survey becomes filled. Surveys where you receive “Quota Full” do not count as fully finished and rewards are not compensated as the info is not used.
